The confirmed stay price may include the host’s rent, source-platform or licensed-partner charges, required property costs, international payment processing, and currency settlement. These third-party costs can make the guest total materially higher than the host’s receipt; that difference is not all Locali revenue. Locali’s service fee is shown separately.
Locali service fee
Both Personal Search and Week+ stays have one separate 10% Locali service fee, with no minimum. It applies to the displayed stay subtotal after discounts, including required property and payment/currency costs. No duplicate fee.
