Each estimate uses four weeks of the listing's current rent, maintenance, one-time cleaning, applicable long-stay discount, payment and currency-settlement costs, and the separate Locali service fee.

Sample homes may come from public or partner inventory. Locali reconfirms the exact unit, dates, final total, guest conditions, and cancellation terms before any booking or payment.

Transparent planning total

What the 28-night estimate includes

The card total is a four-week planning estimate. Your final quote can change with dates, occupancy, host terms, exchange rates, or availability, and is confirmed before payment.

Furnished stay price

Four weeks of host rent, with an eligible long-stay discount applied when the listing provides one.

Maintenance and payment costs

Known weekly maintenance plus external platform, card-processing, and currency-settlement costs are included in the stay price.

One-time cleaning

The listing's known cleaning charge is counted once across the full 28-night estimate.

Locali service fee

A separate 10% fee covers local checking, Korean communication, and booking support. The minimum fee applies under the current service terms.

Monthly rental FAQ

What foreigners usually need to know

Can I rent for exactly one month?

Often, but minimum stays differ by home. This page includes homes with a known minimum of 28 nights or less, plus some candidates whose minimum still needs confirmation.

Is a security deposit required?

Many sample stays use little or no conventional Korean housing deposit, but property-specific deposits and refund terms must be confirmed before booking.

Can I use the address for my Residence Card?

Some hosts can provide the accommodation documents commonly requested for a Residence Card application. We ask in advance when this is relevant, but document acceptance and immigration approval are decided by the authorities.

Are the homes available right now?

Not necessarily. Public inventory can change without a live availability feed. Locali checks your exact dates and final terms before presenting a home as ready to book.

Need a home that fits your actual month?
