Hoegi links Kyung Hee University, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, and the University of Seoul within one broader student living area. Hoegi Station serves Line 1, the Gyeongui-Jungang Line, and selected Gyeongchun services; HUFS Station is one stop east on Line 1. Around the campuses, daily life centers on affordable restaurants, cafés, laundries, and compact residential streets. This area suits students who prioritize campus access and a local routine over central-city nightlife. The three campuses are not interchangeable: a stay near Hoegi Station can still require a bus or uphill walk to a particular building, while HUFS and University of Seoul have different best approaches.
