Sangdo / Soongsil

Sangdo is a residential student area centered on Soongsil University and its Line 7 station. Groceries, inexpensive restaurants, cafés, and compact homes fill the streets around the university. Line 7 gives direct access to Express Bus Terminal and useful transfers toward Gangnam and western Seoul. This area works best for Soongsil students and guests who prefer a quieter local base to a major nightlife district. The station name is convenient, but the campus and surrounding homes sit on pronounced slopes; a short map distance can still mean a demanding walk. Compare the elevation and the route to your building, especially with luggage.
